Hinterland Webstore Shipping & Return Policies

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

- As our webstore is a small operation, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless something is defective or we are at fault.​ If for some reason you receive a defective item, or receive an incorrect item, please email hinterlandhaunt@gmail.com right away. We will work to resolve your issue!

SHIPPING

​

- All merchandise orders ship domestically Monday through Friday via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow up to 2 days for your order to ship. Once your order ships, you will be emailed tracking information. We currently do not ship internationally.

-Hinterland Productions LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Should any issues arise once our fulfillment team has delivered your order to the local post office for shipment, the recipient is responsible for contacting USPS if any issues arise to remedy the situation.

 

-The customer is responsible for submitting their address correctly when placing an order. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we are happy to arrange for reshipment if the customer would like to cover the cost for a second delivery.
